Tai Ji offers an opportunity to center ourselves, cultivate presence, and move in harmony with the rhythms of our bodies and the world around us—while also expanding our breath capacity, supporting deeper meditation and mindfulness.
Together, we move through a 10-step Tai Ji sequence passed down to us by Norma Ryuko Kawelokū Wong Roshi, a practice rooted in balance, flow, and connection. Whether you seek grounding, gentle movement, or simply the warmth of practicing in community, you are welcome here.
