Mending the Arc: Art + Storytelling Orientation offers a grounding in our intergenerational storytelling and art practice—inviting participants to connect with ancestral memory, creativity, and collective care.

This orientation serves as your entry point to the monthly Mending the Arc practice, where storytelling and art merge to deepen your connection with ancestral wisdom and your role as an intergenerational steward. Join us to begin a journey of creative reflection and transformation.
When this orientation is offered:
On the first Wednesday of each month at 8 AM HT/ 11 AM PT/ 12 PM MT/ 1 PM CT/ 2 PM ET
Who should attend?
Mending the Arc Orientation is designed for anyone new to the practice. Whether you are an artist, storyteller, activist, or simply seeking a deeper connection to intergenerational storytelling, this space is for you. Most attendees only need to attend once, but you are welcome to return as often as you’d like.
Together, we explore themes of healing, justice, and intergenerational connection—using storytelling, reflection, and creativity as pathways for mending the arc between past, present, and future.

By the end of this practice you will:
- Develop a foundation in Mending the Arc’s storytelling and art-making practice
- Deepen your connection to ancestral memory and the intergenerational arc you stand within
- Experience what is possible when you engage your creativity, play, and different ways of knowing
- Gain clarity and inspiration for your role as a steward of past, present, and future generations
Strengthen Your Storytelling Practice – Use story as a tool for reflection, imagination, and worldbuilding.
