Coaching Services
Our coaching services support leaders in transitioning to collective governance based on the WeGovern principles—a set of agreements rooted in mutual care, dignity, and collective thriving. We offer personalized, one-on-one sessions that guide leaders and through the mindset shifts, strategies, and practical implementation required for effective collective governance within their organizations.
Coaching begins with an initial conversation to identify specific goals, and continues with tailored sessions designed to help participants reach their objectives.
Together, we explore and practice decentralized and interdependent leadership, develop practical and visionary applications of the WeGovern principles, and engage in a dynamic and iterative process of practice and reflection.

We can provide “out of the box” modules as well as highly customizable programs that allow participants to envision and design governance structures that reflect the principles of mutual care, interconnectedness, and shared responsibility.
