Tai Ji offers an opportunity to center ourselves, cultivate presence, and move in harmony with the rhythms of our bodies and the world around us.

Together, we move through a 10-step Tai Ji sequence passed down to us by Norma Ryuko Kawelokū Wong Roshi, a practice rooted in balance, flow, and connection. Whether you seek grounding, gentle movement, or simply the warmth of practicing in community, you are welcome here.
When is Tai Ji offered:
Every Friday at 8 AM HT / 11 AM PT / 12 PM MT / 1 PM CT / 2 PM ET / 9 PM EAT
What you can expect:
- Gentle, Guided Practice – Move through a 10-step Tai Ji sequence with ease. No prior experience needed.
- Inclusive and Welcoming Space – Practice at your own pace, standing or seated. All abilities and bodies embraced.
- Centering and Connection – Presence, balance, and flow in a supportive community, grounded in movement and breath.
- A Community of Practice –A circle of fellow practitioners each week, building a shared rhythm of care and embodied wisdom.
As Tai Ji instructor Beckie Masaki shares: “Come as you are, move where you are. For those who can, wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bare feet or flat shoes. We have options for chair sitters, and we welcome all abilities.”
