This is How WeGovern: An Applied Learning Space

In a world that shifts faster than we can keep up, we often carry questions of safety, purpose, and impact. This is How WeGovern: An Applied Learning Space offers a guided space to slow down, connect, and strengthen the practices of collective governance. Over six sessions, we move between reflection, learning, and applied exercises—building the “governing muscles” that help us act with clarity, intention, and care for ourselves and our communities.

Dates:

October 15 | October 16 (Applied space) | October 22 | October 23 (Applied space) | October 29 | October 30 (Applied space)

This is How WeGovern invites each of us—leaders, organizers, and changemakers—to step into a practice of governance that is as intentional, relational, and accountable as our hope is bold.

It’s an invitation to explore not just the rules that govern us, but the ways we can actively create systems that center dignity, mutual care, and interdependence.

Through these six sessions of reflection, practice, and peer learning, we can expand our capacity to make decisions that honor our communities, our relationships, and the generations to come. This is governance as a living practice—a daily commitment to how we show up, the policies we create, and the futures we make possible together.

Who should attend this workshop?

  • Those committed to practicing governance rooted in dignity, care, and interdependence
  • Leaders and changemakers seeking grounding in uncertain times and tools for collective resilience
  • Organizers, advocates, and community members building safety and connection across difference
  • Movement leaders and teams ready to deepen values-based decision-making
  • Groups practicing shared responsibility and imagining new possibilities for how we govern together

WeGovern invites leaders, organizers, and changemakers into a hands-on space to practice values-based governance rooted in care, connection, and collective power.
