In a world that shifts faster than we can keep up, we often carry questions of safety, purpose, and impact. When we hear the word governance, it can bring to mind systems that feel distant—or even working against us—especially in these times.
What would it take to build systems rooted in mutual care?

This is How WeGovern: An Applied Learning Space offers a guided space to slow down, connect, and practice collective governance as something we live daily. Over six sessions, we move between reflection, shared inquiry, and applied practice—building the “governing muscles” that help us act with clarity, intention, and care for ourselves and our communities.

Dates:
June 23 | June 25 | June 30 | July 2 | July 7 | July 9
We center everyday people to activate radical imagination, claim collective governance, and rebuild interconnection for collective healing and transformation.
More about the program
What We’re Exploring
This is How WeGovern invites each of us—everyday people, leaders, organizers, changemakers—to step into a practice of governance that is as intentional, relational, and accountable as our hope is bold. It’s an invitation to explore not just the rules that govern us, but the ways we can actively create systems that center dignity, mutual care, and interdependence.
These Clinics are designed as fertile ground—where curiosity and intention can grow into practical, strategic, and grounded application. Over the course of six sessions, we will gather as a learning and practice group to explore:
- How do we live with integrity, clarity, and community when everything feels unstable?
- What is required of us to hold a stance of collective governance—especially when it feels out of reach?
- What does it take to transform the conditions that shape our lived experience—not in theory, but in practice?
What to Expect
We intentionally bring together people across communities, places, disciplines, and professions, because we know that the practice of governance is nuanced, relational, and expansive. Whether we apply collective governance interpersonally, structurally, or in the many spaces in between, we contribute to the emergence of systems rooted in dignity, mutual care, and interdependence through:
This program offers:
- Light, self-guided practices between sessions to support integration
- Zoom sessions that feel as though time has slowed down—with space to reflect, listen, and be heard
- Facilitators who balance structure with responsiveness to the needs and energy of the group
- Invitations into conversation, embodiment, storytelling, and shared reflection
